The place was fairly clean with a superbly friendly and amicable staff who was in the night shift. The room was generous sized and functional in the bathroom for toiletries, and we slept very well. The hotel was set in a very central area close enough to the tram line to-/-from the airport, Royal circus though booking, and all major attractions in Edinburgh. Besides, Royal Mile was 1 km away from the property.
